This consultation may be suitable for scars resulting from surgery, injury, burns, trauma, selfharm, or other changes to the skin. Each scar is different, and the most appropriate approach depends on its color, texture, location, age, stability, and overall condition.

During your consultation, we will discuss your concerns, preferences, and desired outcome; examine the treatment area; and assess whether restorative treatment may be appropriate for your skin. We will also discuss the recommended approach, preparation and aftercare requirements, expected healing process, estimated number of sessions, treatment timeline, and anticipated pricing.

When appropriate, measurements and photographs of the treatment area may be taken with your permission for individualized treatment planning and progress documentation. Any photography will be limited to the relevant treatment area and handled according to the authorization provided. Your comfort, privacy, safety, and trust are always the priority.

Consultation Credit

If you are determined to be an appropriate candidate and choose to proceed, a portion of your paid consultation fee may be applied toward an eligible stretch mark restoration treatment booked within the time range stated when booking your consultation.

The credit is limited to one per treatment plan and type, is nontransferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another promotional credit or offer. Treatment eligibility, scheduling, and pricing are determined separately. Unused consultation credits expire after the consultation promotion window ends.

Virtual assessments are preliminary. Lighting, cameras, screens, image quality, and the inability to examine the skin in person may affect the assessment. Final candidacy, treatment planning, and pricing may require an in-person consultation.

If an eligible scar restoration service is booked within 15 days of the virtual consultation, $50 of the consultation fee may be applied toward treatment. The remaining $25 covers the reserved appointment time, preliminary assessment, planning, and administrative preparation.

This private 45–60-minute consultation provides a more comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan.

• Measurements and standardized photographs, with your permission

If an eligible scar restoration service is booked within 30 days, $100 of the consultation fee may be applied toward treatment. The remaining $50 covers the reserved appointment time, assessment, documentation, photography, planning, and administrative preparation.

Although some clients may notice a change in the appearance or feel of the treated area during healing, texture improvement is not the primary purpose of re-pigmentation and cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Multiple sessions may be needed. An exact color match, complete concealment, texture improvement, or specific result cannot be guaranteed. Results vary based on the condition of the skin, individual healing response, lifestyle, sun exposure, and aftercare.

A consultation does not guarantee eligibility for treatment. Some clients may be advised to postpone service, obtain medical clearance, or consult an appropriately licensed healthcare professional before proceeding.
